With a career spanning more than 25 years, Corlette has held key leadership roles at top pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Alcon Labs, and Bio-Tissue Inc. Her areas of expertise include sales, strategic marketing, and operations. She has educated and trained medical professionals on critical topics like Alzheimer’s disease, hypertension, diabetes, age-related macular degeneration, osteoporosis, and allergies. Corlette has successfully managed brands valued at over $500 million, consistently delivering superior results and helping organizations exceed their goals.
In 2015, she shifted her focus to the senior care industry, and by 2016, she had established her own adult day care center, which quickly reached capacity under her leadership. As a Florida licensed Administrator, Corlette is deeply knowledgeable in compliance and regulatory matters and works with clients to open, operate, and grow senior living facilities, including adult day care and assisted living facilities.
In 2024, Corlette published her first book, Pushing The Right Button: Cell Phone Technology Made Simple for Seniors, an instructional guide offering step-by-step instructions for seniors on how to use their cell phones. She is frequently sought out by insurance companies and senior organizations to conduct workshops on fall prevention, medication adherence, memory maintenance, and more, reflecting her commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors. In addition, she is a renowned trainer for corporations, providing coaching and leadership training worldwide.
Corlette currently serves as vice president of her homeowner’s association, former chairperson of the Parkland Chamber of Commerce, and vice president of the Pink Pearls of Miramar Foundation. Her significant contributions have been widely recognized, including being named 2015 Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
